Injury & Illness Prevention Program (IIPP) A full-time safety staff manages all construction operations for safe practices as well as coordinating employee safety training and job-site inspections. Lyles Mechanical Co. has adopted a Disciplinary Policy for any company employee who knowingly or willingly violates any established company procedure or Cal/OSHA procedure, regulation, or order which has been adopted for the safety, health, and/or protection of the employee or general public. |
