| Lyles Mechanical Co. is installing all components of the Sanitaire™ Fine Bubble Air Diffusion Equipment in six basins on this project. With many trades working concurrently on the project, close coordination between Lyles Mechanical Co., Taisei-T&K Joint Venture and other sub-trades has been critical in ensuring that related tasks such as baffle installation are completed on-time and within budget. |

| Lyles Mechanical Co. is performing the majority of the above-ground piping on this $115 million dollar project. Pipe sizes range from 1" to 48" in diameter. Piping materials include: galvanized iron, carbon steel, stainless steel, fiberglass reinforced, CVPC, and DIP. Lyles Mechanical Co. fabricated and installed 1,600+ pipe supports while coordinating and verifying the precise location of all wall penetrations required for pipe installation reducing installation time and cost. Also included in the scope of work is all plumbing and HVAC work in the Operations, Laboratory, and Switchboard, buildings as well as other structures. |

| Construction of a 12 MGD Industrial Wastewater Treatment Facility including: Dissolved Air Floatation Units, aeration lagoons, rectangular concrete tanks for Sequencing Batch Reactors, Dentrification filters, Blower building, circular concrete anaerobic sludge digesters with circulation and heating systems, standby generators, earthwork, grading, drainage systems, roadways, yard piping, associated civil, mechanical, structural, electrical, and instrumentation work. Existing facility remained fully operational during the course of the project. Recipient of the Cal/OSHA Golden Gate Partnership Award for 125,000 man-hours worked with no lost-time accidents. |
